Saturday 29 July sees Cricket United Day return to the Kia Oval, with the three biggest cricket charities in the country Chance to Shine, Lord's Taverners, and the PCA Benevolent Fund coming together to change lives through cricket. Coming together to change lives through cricket means Chance to Shine offering children an amazing opportunity to play cricket, the Lord's Taverners giving disadvantaged and disabled young people a sporting chance and the PCA Benevolent Fund helping former and current professional players and their dependants in times of hardship and upheaval, by offering wide-ranging support.

This year, we are also taking the chance to mark some special cricket anniversaries the Kia Oval's 100th Test, during which Cricket United Day falls, and the 60th birthday of Test Match Special.

We've always involved some sort of doodling in our fundraising efforts cricket is a game which loves a draw, and this year we are inviting you to join Joe Root and Ben Stokes in creating some art of your own. We've put together a list of some of the great players to have graced the Oval, many of whom reserved their best performances for this special ground. And we want you to draw them, in any way you see fit, whether that's a faithful replication of their headshot below, or an impressionistic depiction of when they shone at the Oval.

Then you'll send us your work of art on social media you can tweet with the hashtag #OvalDoodle, or post on Instagram tagging in @cricketunited with the hashtag #OvalDoodle, or post your picture on our Facebook page, again with the hashtag #OvalDoodle, or even all three and be entered into a draw to win a pretty special prize.

You could win: Two tickets to the Kia Oval to watch England take on South Africa on Cricket United Day itself, along with a trip to the Test Match Special box to see where their radio magic is still being created 60 years on.

All that's left to do is to pick a player from our list and get doodling!
