Programme Development - Expressions of Interest Chance to Shine are seeking Expressions of Interest from organisations who will be able to actively support the charity in the creation of a range of resources to support the Primary Schools Programme and a 'Continued Professional Development' Programme for the Coaching Workforce. The project will work hand in hand with a digital transformation project around the Chance to Shine Schools' Portal. Project Overview We are looking to engage partners to support the creation of: A range of resources to support the Chance to Shine Primary Schools Programme A Continued Professional Development programme for the Chance to Shine coaching workforce We are ideally seeking a partner to develop resources across both elements of the brief to ensure complete alignment between the programme and workforce delivery. However, Chance to Shine will consider individual bids from partners able to demonstrate excellence in one area. Interested parties should: Ideally have experience of working in the NFP or education sectors, particularly with children, teachers, schools and coaches. Have extensive experience of developing programmes to benefit children, teachers and schools. Have experience of bringing their programmes to life through Continued Professional Development for teachers, schools and coaches.
