Chance to Shine XI beat Lords and Commons Cricket Club by 20 runs on Sunday 15th May at Dulwich Park Ground.

The Lords and Commons Cricket Club were beaten in a friendly by a Chance to Shine XI, which included Mark Nicholas, Devon Malcolm and Mohamed, a 15 year old participant in the Chance to Shine project at High Grove Park.

A glorious Sunday at Dulwich Park saw Mohamed open the bowling with former-England paceman Malcolm. The two bowled in tandem causing havoc amongst the Lords and Commoners top order, Mohamed walking away with two wickets.

Tim O'Gorman, former PCA group Chairman and Derbyshire CCC player, scored a gracious 101* contributing significantly to the C2S total, which in the end proved too much for the Lords and Commons who were 20 runs short of the Chance to Shine total.
