Ebony Rainford-Brent is a former England cricketer and is the Director of Women's Cricket at Surrey CCC. Ebony joined the Chance to Shine board in May 2020.

Ebony grew up in south London and was given the opportunity to try cricket in primary school through the work of charity Cricket for Change. Despite serious injuries as a young player, Ebony continued to flourish in cricket and became captain of Surrey CCC.

Ebony played 29 times for England, playing in England's World Cup winning campaign in 2009 as well as being in the squad for the WT20I triumph in the same year. During her playing career, Ebony was a Chance to Shine coaching ambassador, inspiring hundreds of children to take up the game.

Since retiring from the game, Ebony has worked in the media, commentating on BBC Test Match Special and Sky Sports.
