We at Chance to Shine recognise the value that the cricketing workforce brings and the difference they make to children and teachers lives daily. In these tricky times we want to do our bit to maintain a healthy and motivated workforce ready to return to action when it is safe to do so.

The CSI programme (Connect, Support, Improve) is designed in three pillars each containing themed webinars around bringing the best out in yourself, bringing the best out in others and looking to the future.

Aimed at those wishing to increase their effectiveness at work; make the best use of their time and energy

Week 2b - Self-Awareness using Insights Discovery (Option b)

Aimed at those who have previously completed an Insights profile and who wish to refresh their knowledge of the model and deepen their understanding of its application.
