Share feedback, suggest improvements, raise an issue or complaint

We encourage anyone who wishes to give feedback, suggest improvements, raise an issue or complaint about any Chance to Shine activity to share this with us. There are a number of ways to do so, outlined in full in our Complaints Policy, including completing this form that will go directly to our Director of Finance and Resources. The Complaints Policy outlines our approach to confidentiality, reviewing complaints and taking action.   

We also have a Whistleblowing Policy which includes how to report any serious concerns about discrimination, malpractice or wrongdoing occurring within Chance to Shine, our programmes or at our events. There are a number of ways to report a concern within the policy.

We believe that all children should be given the opportunity to play and learn through cricket. We believe that cricket teaches children valuable skills like communication, teamwork and respect that will benefit them for the rest of their lives.

    Chance to Shine Street cricket is fast, fun and free. It's played with a tapeball and requires no protective equipment. It's cricket's answer to five-a-side football.

    Chance to Shine work in state primary schools across England and Wales supporting schools to deliver cricket coaching to their pupils. We teach cricket in primary schools and support teachers with free resources including lesson plans, videos and tips from the professionals.
