‘Tailenders Giveaway’ Competition Terms & Conditions

Please read these competition rules carefully. If you enter this competition, we will assume that you have read these rules and that you agree to them.

Entries for all competitions must be submitted by 11.59am on Wednesday 8th March 2023.

1. To enter the competition you must be:

(a) a UK resident

(b) 18 years old or over at the time of entry.

1. There is no entry fee to enter this competition.
2. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
3. Route to entry for the competition is to follow Chance to Shine on Twitter, like and share the competition tweet and reply with the correct answer to the competition question. 
4. Closing date for entry will be 11.59am, Wednesday 8th March 2023. After this time and date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
5. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

Competition Rules:

1. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice, any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible and outlined in this document.
2. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
3. The prize is as follows: two tickets to Tailenders Live at the London Palladium on Thursday 9th March 2023
4. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable and must not be re-sold. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
5. Winners will be chosen: at random by software, from all entries received and verified by Promoter.
6. The winner will be notified by Twitter DM and must respond before 10pm on Wednesday 8th March 2023. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize in that time, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
7. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected/is delivered.
8. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
10. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with all relevant UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
11. The winner’s name will be available 28 days after closing date by emailing the following address: [email protected]
12. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
