PLAY - Cricket-Fit Session

Today's activity focuses on improving fitness for batting. You don’t need any equipment for this but if you do have a bat or something similar, it can be used in some of the drills.

Check back on Wednesday at 9AM for a video with one of the greatest female cricketers of all time, England's Ashes, World Cup and World T20 winning captain Charlotte Edwards who will take you through the Cricket-Fit Session.

LEARN - Life's better with...

We know how important it is to support children to talk about things that affect them. This session aims to raise awareness of the things that children can do to improve their self-esteem and support their mental health.

There are two activities in this session designed to be delivered together and supported by a PowerPoint presentation.

Check in on Wednesday when we'll also have a fascinating conversation between former England cricketers Devon Malcolm and James Taylor. They discuss the incredible challenges they both faced in their careers and how what they learnt through playing cricket helped them to handle those issues.
