To celebrate 'Brit Insurance National Cricket Day', Chance to Shine and Brit Insurance have teamed up with The Times' Young Times to offer one lucky youngster - aged 8 to 13 - the opportunity to be an official mascot in England's second one-day clash with India at The Rose Bowl in Southampton on Tuesday 6 September.

The winner of this money-can't-buy prize will receive a replica England shirt, watch the coin toss between the captains up close before being taken back to their parent or guardian to watch the game.

Prize Draw Rules:

By entering into the prize draw, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions

Entrants must be aged 18 or over and resident in the UK. Entrants must be received on or before Monday 18 July 2011. One entry per person. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt and the Promoter is not responsible for emails not received.

The winner will be chosen on Tuesday 19 July 2011 from all correct entries received, and notified on Tuesday 19 July 2011. Judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. If the prize is unclaimed by Thursday 21 July, it will be awarded to another entrant.

The prize is:

*One child aged 8-13 to be the official England Cricket Team Mascot for the 2nd England v India One Day International at The Rose Bowl on Tuesday 6 September. Proof of age will be required.

*One ticket for an accompanying parent or guardian

*One replica England cricket shirt (plus trousers, cap and a mini bat for signatures)

*Mascot will be taken to agreed match entry point by the boundary to watch the teams warm up and (with luck) collect player autographs on a mini bat also provided by Brit Insurance.

*Prior to start of match, coin toss will take place between the Captains. Mascot will be introduced to both captains and accompany them out to the middle to watch the coin toss and have a picture taken.

*Mascot will be taken back to their parent or guardian to watch the game

*The prize is not for resale, and is not redeemable in whole or in part for cash. The prize is non-refundable and non-transferable. Transport and insurance not included. 

*No responsibility is accepted in the event that the second one-day international between England and India is cancelled.

*The Mascot and accompanying parent or guardian must comply with all rules and regulations of the Venue. The winner, Mascot and parent or guardian may be asked to take part in publicity.
