Please accept this donation in memory of my son, Neil Michael Ando, 31/7/1983 - 3/8/2023, who died unexpectedly on 3rd August 2023. He had recently celebrated his 40th birthday. As a teenager Neil joined Lodway Cricket Club at Ham Green near Bristol. He enjoyed cricket right the way through his life, and if he wasn’t playing he would be supporting. Probably the highlight was when he was chosen to be Captain of the Men’s 2nd cricket team. He could be fiercely competitive when playing any kind of game, indoors or out and made no exception even when playing with his nephew and niece who are 9 and 7. Neil had a dry sense of humour and loved winding people up, he made you laugh or cry. He was kind, thoughtful, always there for anybody and was passionate when encouraging the younger members of Lodway Cricket Club. Please acknowledge receipt of the donation by email if possible.
